My professional goal with each client is to navigate a route toward consistent health, using exercise and nutrition as the longitude and latitude of the journey.
My personal goal every day is to be a source of inspiration to my clients, to consistently provide an hour in your day when you are challenged, encouraged and supported. I want your hour with me to be your favorite of the day. Good eating habits are as much of the program as exercise. The diet of each client is considered in relation to their goals; oftentimes making just a few small changes to ingredients or meal times can result in substantial differences in weight and energy. And if you need some fresh ideas for your dinner menu, cooking is one of my favorite hobbies; healthy, delicious food is my specialty! |
